What details do I need from my current provider?
You will need the following from your current hosting provider:
1. Current Service IP Address
2. Domain Name
3. cPanel Username
4. cPanel Password
If your not able to locate this information easily reach out to your current provider and ask for these details.
Why do I need to make sure there is enough space with my current provider?
As there needs to be enough room for us to take a backup of your cPanel account on your current provider’s end otherwise we wont be able to complete the migration.

You’ll need to update your domain name’s servers to point to your new hosting with Digital Z. If your domain name is already with Digital Z we will be able to handle this part, if your domain is with a different provider we can provide you assistance to update.
